Made from Scratch
Every pasta is rolled by hand. Every sauce is simmered from whole ingredients. Every meatball, every bread, every dessert is crafted in-house, daily, by a kitchen that takes pride in doing things the right way.
This is not a restaurant that opens cans or reheats frozen portions. When guests say they can taste the difference, it's because the difference is real. From the rosemary-scented bread served warm with grass-fed butter to the hand-layered lasagna and house-made tiramisu, everything here is built with care.
Authentic Italian Ingredients
Whenever possible, we source only authentic Italian products that are DOP certified: Denominazione di Origine Protetta, or Protected Designation of Origin. This certification ensures that every ingredient is locally grown, produced, and packaged within a specific Italian geographical zone according to centuries of tradition.
From San Marzano tomatoes to aged Parmigiano-Reggiano, imported prosciutto to Calabrian peppers, the pantry at LaCascio's reads like a map of the Italian countryside. Each step, from production to packaging, is regulated, and you can taste the authenticity in every bite.

Our expansive patio brings a taste of the Italian piazza to Lindale. By day, enjoy lunch under striped umbrellas on the open-air terrace. By night, the space transforms with string lights, a gentle breeze, and the glow of a Texas sunset behind you.
The patio seats parties of all sizes and is available for private events. It's one of the most beautiful outdoor dining spaces in East Texas.
